Sorting out old magazines and lots of other papers…making order out of chaos! I have paid very little attention to keeping all the magazines that I have showed myself in and the ones I still have are now coming out of boxes. They will be scanned, copied, some of the photos will be framed…and all of it will be the material for a book…hopefully,,,together with other things and stories.

I use every space I have, like the bed, the floor…tables…

and me inside. My first modelling in 12 years. I was rediscovered by photographer Magnus Reed while he did a shooting for me of the clothes that I had designed then. This was -92. I was totally amazed how easy and great it was to step right back into posing. I kept the make-up on, done by fantastic Tuija, when I went home to the family…the children had NEVER seen me like that! It was like Christmas almost! And a new era in modeling had begun for me. It is now exactly 20 years ago!!! This is just a taste. After scanning I will go more in depth with photos and stories. Think I have to do a 20 year celebration…!!!

from where I live I have seen this couple a couple of times and I have always felt like running after them to find out who they are and what they do. It started with seeing the woman on the metro several times…and the fact that she has wild white hair like me, always dress in a very personal way, has a dynamic walk and seems to have a strong positive life energy, always turned on my curiosity. Then I would see her and her man and this dog being on my street…and they looked like really enjoying each other…so here I was! I stopped them! Called out, ran up to them, we talked and I asked if I could take a photo. Now we have met. And it was a nice meeting in the corner of the street where I often cross. A great crossing of north, south, east and west. She plays music, that much I know now. I also know there will be more meetings with…

Behind the scenes at work for Gudrun Sjöden with photographer Matts Widen. Anna, Johanna and I, dressed up for colorful party, mixing work with work. When one is on stage the other is in front of the computer…Johanna is an architect student and was working with a project. I was working on a design project and Anna checking mail. This was a day of perfect mix and flow. Matts is also a friend and it is great working with him. Such a friendly atmosphere in the studio… I LIKE this team A LOT!

…from putting out some more of this pink absolute incredible magic mystery of life. The few days are over for this time but the last day I was there the whole ground was covered like a pink magic carpet! I know I`m romantic… and we have the chance to be in this life! Let`s just be amazed all the time by the beauty of it ALL, even when it hurts like hell… because this temporary reality is the absolute mirror of sacred Earth. How could it be any other way when we open our eyes and see…or rather our hearts to see even better.

with Berit, owner of one of my favorite clothing stores, Riddargatan 12 and a friend of mine …we talked life and clothes and business and how to do it the best sustainable way  and feel good while doing it.

another blessed working day outside.

Off to the next meeting with boat from Skeppsholmen to Slussen. With public transport SL card one can go both on bus, train and boat. Good city Stockholm! Right now it`s a rainy day and I love rainy days like today when working inside is as wonderful as working outside on sunny days. I can`t help it! It is just the best way for me… to move with the weather…and this is my choice of luxury. Simple precious luxury.

The staff are super friendly and this day they made a special veggie sallad for me with fresh asparagus and some other good good things.

3 1/2 hours of beautiful creative energy and sunshine…and glitter on water…

Once a year people from everywhere around town gather for this special event… the 5 days… or so of the Cherry Trees Blossoming in Kungsträdgården. On my way to a work meetig I walked through this magic of Pink Life Energy and Happy People… and I knew that I`m Blessed.

I met a friend, movie director Henrik Hellström, who told me he had his “office” under the cherry trees during these days “the only place to be right now” and “people are like bees looking for honey”. To me that was a Real thing to do; have the office under cherry trees together with bees.

…and a boyfriend put cherry flowers on a girlfriends head. SO much JOY here!

And I continued to my “office”…

Loving, loving, loving these outside workingdays. The natural mix and flow between walking, eating, friendship and working… on the computer. It is a good, good, life. I had a day of deep studies with a friend. And now writing here…

Until we meet again…

Surprise happened! My best friend Bess, designer from Paris called from Copenhagen where she was working and said: “I come up Saturday evening and go back early Monday morning”. Ideas of working week-end shifted immediately into deep friendship week-end and I set out to find the best hotel, because when two friends meet for an exclusive one day and two nights it is great to drop all the daily things and do “something else”. Being who I am, loving the closeness to nature, I choose Hotel Skeppsholmen, one of my favorite places and it turned out to be a real good choice… good friendly service, great room with sea view, great breakfast buffet and easy walk or boat distance to everywhere…

Johannes and Adele…on visit from Paris. They are part of my “family ” and i Love them. Sometimes I write in english, sometimes in Swedish and that`s the way it is. Wishing you the Best day.

gick jag ner genom Kungsträdgården för att ta bussen… och där var dom första skira körsbärsblommorna, årets första… och det var så oväntat för det var ju så kallt… och det är fortfarande så kallt. Men gå dit! Det är värt att vallfärda dit för att uppleva denna exotiska gåva, bara stå där en stund och ta in skönheten och det nästan ofattbara att det här skira, rosa, magiska livet blommar ut från torra grenar, år efter år…år efter år. Hur lyckliga är vi egentligen i våra stressade liv? Vad är egentligen viktigt? Kan det vara att tex stå under ett körsbärsträd en kall aprildag?

På bussen sen satt jag bredvid en dam som hade både kappa och väska från,,,Gudrun Sjöden! Jag fick lov att ta en bild. Undrar hur hon såg ut som ung?  Alla borde ha en bild på sig själva som unga i väskan. Det vore bara så roligt! Visst är hon fin!
