Nails Inc. “The Boltons”

The Boltons från Nails Inc. är ett lack jag velat ha bra länge. Jag har önskat mig det där perfekta glödande metalliclacket i rött, och så vitt jag förstod genom några bildgooglingar var The Boltons precis vad jag önskade mig. När jag i förra månaden fick en födelsedagsrabatt på Beautybay kunde jag inte hålla mig längre, och nu var det äntligen lackpremiär!

Med ett lager täcker lacket, och det flyter som smör på naglarna! Inte en rand i finishen. På bilderna nedan ser ni två lager mest bara för att jag garanterat ville ha det perfekt på bild. Lacket lutar pyttelite mot rosa, men nog lite för att fortfarande upplevas som brandbilsrött på naglarna i de flesta ljus. I helhet påminner det en del om Scarab från Illamasqua, men Scarab är mörkare och aningen varmare (klicka för bild). De har samma otroliga glöd däremot! Är man inte ute efter den gotiska rubinlooken som Scarab har så är The Boltons perfekt, den är ULTRAGLAMOURÖS! Jag har glott på mina naglar i två dygn nu.

I’ve been wanting The Boltons from Nails Inc. for quite a while now. I’ve wished for that perfect glowing metallic red polish, and as far as I could understand by a few Google image searches The Boltons was exactly what I wanted. Last month I got a birthday discount from Beautybay so I couldn’t keep my hands off it any more, and now I’ve finally worn it!

The polish goes on opaque in one coat and it goes on like butter! Not one single brush mark in it! In the pictures below you see two coats, mostly because I wanted to be 100% sure to get it perfect in the pictures. The colour leans sliightly towards pink, but little enough for it to still look firetruck red in most lights. Overall it reminds me of Scarab from Illamasqua, but Scarab is darker and just a tad warmer (click for picture). They’ve got the same amazing glow on the other hand! If you’re not looking for the gothic ruby look of Scarab you will probably love The Boltons, it’s ULTRA GLAMOROUS! I’ve been staring at my nails for two days now.
