Solstice

Idag gjorde jag en lite annorlunda sotning pimpad med en guldig Liquid Metal från Illamasqua, en krämskugga med superhög metallicglans. Den lägger sig i vecken rätt snabbt om man inte mättar den ordentligt med ögonskugga/puder, men i detta fall gillar jag verkligen effekten av att skuggan korvar sig. Men det är förstås inget för perfektionisten. Vill man att looken ska vara mer ordentlig än grungeig så kan man använda en metallisk ögonskugga istället, men det ger inte riktigt samma högglans som en krämprodukt.

 

Today I did a slightly different smokey eye with the golden Liquid Metal from Illamasqua, a cream shadow with a high shine metallic finish. It creases quite quickly if you don’t apply eyeshadow or powder on top, but in this case I really like the creased effect. But I guess it’s not for the perfectionist. If you want the look to be more neat than grunge you can use a metallic eyeshadow instead, but that won’t give the same high shine as a cream product.

    5. På senare tid har jag faktiskt börja uppskatta crease:ande ögonskugga, då i krämform (puderform är inte lika smickrande på något vis). Guld och lila! Vilken kombo! Me likey :)
    Och brow-highlightern är riktigt ovanlig och häftig!

    31. Ra: Incredibly buttery and smooth, but in the makeup you can see in the picture I’m wearing primer + matte shadow + a really really thin layer of Liquid Metal. It is a pure cream so it creases on top of anything. You’d have to set it well to wear it without any creasing!
