Private Nude

Private Nude from DuWop is a fantastic nude lipstick for us who can’t wear anything lighter than our own lip colour (damn you if pale lips suits you, I’m jealous!), it’s about the same colour as my natural lips but with a plain rosy nude undertone which defines yet tones them down. It’s also very comfortable on the lips and non drying, it doesn’t even cling to dry spots on the lips! Yay yay yay!

I googled it quickly and found it on sale at Cult Beauty right now. Go buy!

Perfect Purple

Milani Liquid Eye Pencil in Perfect Purple has been one of my closest makeup companions lately. A sparkly medium-deep purple that’s gorgeous smudged around the eye with some pitch black mascara. These purple shades are entirely universal and will work on each and every one of you out there. J’adore!

Available at Cherry Culture.

Pumpkin and Poppy Cream Blush “Red Menace”

I was really excited to try the cream blushes from Pumpkin and Poppy and Red Menace is the exact kind of shade that I’m crazy about right now, a cool toned red that gives a fresh Snow White glow to the cheeks. It’s super pigmented and smooth so it glides beautifully onto the skin, plus it wears a long time on me. The name is inspired by Clementines red hair colour in the movie Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind!

This cream blush is lip safe (not eye safe though) so I patted it on my lips and topped with a sheer lip gloss, I really like matching my cheeks and lips in simple looks like this!

Bought at the Pumpkin and Poppy web shop. This brand is 100% vegan and cruelty free.

The sleek little compact comes with a mirror.

I love the little illustrations that Kristy draw for each collection!

Patted on my cheeks with fingers over a base of mineral foundation. It doesn’t cake up on top of a powder which some cream blushes do. I also like how it matches the lips where I’ve applied the cream blush a lot heavier and put a gloss on top.

Nude Creme

I’ve been using this red creme blush from Illamasqua called Devour loads lately, it’s hideously pigmented so using too much looks super freaky but sheered out it gives a very delicate skin brightening flush.

Another product that I’ve rediscovered is Nude Creme lipstick from Milani, a light peachy pink that’s exactly as light as I can go without looking drained of colour. Look it up if you are fair and find that nudes make you look sick!
