Gore Vidal dog i går i sitt hem i Hollywood Hills, i sviterna av en lunginflammation, 86 år gammal.

Nu cyklar jag till min klippa och läser om The City and the Pillar, “…recognized as the first post-World War II novel whose openly gay and well-adjusted protagonist is not killed off at the end of the story for defying social norms.”
