Both of the themes behind these tattoos tie in together – to never give up, to keep trying, always; and that it doesn’t matter how many times you fall down, but how many times you get back up. I got them both as a self-reminder and as a symbol of strength.
Mathilda (Värnamo) “My name in words.”
Hanna E (Sundsvall, Sweden) “Jag valde just triangeln för att det är någonting jag alltid velat ha intattuerat. Som en milstolpe i mitt liv att efter hur allting har varit så klarar jag mig alltid.”
Live like every day is your last, Say I love you every chance you have to the people who matter. Live like we’re dying
Marissa, 20, Düsseldorf
Céline, 17, Oslo Norway “When I was younger my grandmother always told me to believe in my self, and when she passed away I decided to get this tattoo as a reminder of her and everything she taught me. I look at it and I think of her and the importance of believing in your self.”
Lejla aljukic, 19, Gislaved ”
Basically its the first step of a growing tattoo (arms and shoulders especially).
The tree is (surprise!) some kind of my roots, with names of family members and fictional characters that have a identifiable story/backgrounds or made inspiring decisions that influenced me in some way.
Matilda (Oslo) “This reminds me to always focus on my future, and not the past. www.matildao.wordpress.com”
Faith, Love And Hope. These words mean life to me.
