This is the signature of my grandfather, he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s this year.
And now he’s with me forever, no matter what.
Got this tattoo before I left Australia after living there for a year. It represents so many things… My time there, freedom, new beginnings, change, wanderlust, dreams. Where I’ve been and where I’m going. It’s my first one and I absolutely adore it.
Liz (Brazil) “my tattoo is the signature of my biggest hero, Gandhi!”
Cecilie (Copenhagen, Denmark) “My first tattoo. Simple and beautiful”
“Douceur roséda” was the nickname my bestfriend chose me before he passed out four years ago. Douceur means sweetness in french and roséda is inspired by a poem of Louis Aragon “La rose et le réséda” (1943).
Isabela (Vila Velha, ES, Brasil)
Kelly (Morganton) “The four birds represent my mom, 2 sisters, and i. We are all free spirited and we all “fly together”. I love it!”
Miriam (Barcelona) “Is my favorite number on the back, with four points dedicated to my family.”
A camera on my forearm purely to represent my greatest passion in life
“Imperfection is beauty, madness is genius and it’s better to be absolutely ridiculous than absolutely boring.” – Marilyn Monroe
It describes me and I really love it !
It’s my 9th tattoo (:
Melina (Kiruna, Sweden)
Kajsa (Mariefred) “Expecto patronum – it protects me from harm and brings out my inner joy and happiness. Also, I love Harry Potter.”
Sandra (Gällivare) “Vi borde inte ångra, vi borde inte vara rädda och vi borde inte vänta för länge”
Native american Crow for my mother who taught me about the intelligence and uniqueness of every being, especially the crow.
